He’s a certified CSCS and USAW sports performance coach, as well as a CrossFit Level 2 coach. With a burning passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their wellness goals, I, Evan Reilly, am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. My journey into the world of fitness began with a number of sports at an early age, and over the years, I have honed my skills and knowledge to guide individuals towards a healthier, happier, and more active lifestyle.
Coach Michelle Russell has a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and empowering women through her unique cardio-based workout program, Pretty | Tough.
